Established in 2009, Lido was built from what was an unused overhang measuring about 1200 sq. ft. on the waterside of the Victoria Regent Hotel on Victoria’s Inner harbour.
Steve Jackson and Tyler Hadfield seized the opportunity to create a non pretentious place where friends could enjoy a drink along with creative yet casual fare, while enjoying million-dollar waterfront views.
Our head chef Wyatt Masniuk has been leading the kitchen crew for over thirteen years now and Lido is very fortunate and grateful for his talent and the inspiration he brings. Along with Sous Chef Victoria Croden and their culinary team, they continue to create an inspiring, delicious and ever-changing menu.
Although our Artisan pizzas remain a specialty, unique salads and lamb & beef Donairs, and delicious tacos are also very popular. Of course, you are also welcome to come down and just enjoy a frosty pint on the harbour too!
